What we cast, what we fabricate, and what we do not make
Most suppliers who answer a request for a Chinese acrylic manufacturer sit on one side of a line: either they cast or extrude sheet and sell it by the tonne, or they buy sheet and machine it into parts. SinoPlastix does both on one site, and states plainly which material on your order came from which source.

Fabricated parts run 3–100 mm thick; sheet orders run 1–30 mm. Availability always depends on grade, colour and source, and the quotation states which material was assumed.
Why a buyer should care that the sheet and the machining are under one roof
This is not a marketing distinction. It changes three things a procurement engineer actually deals with:
One supplier coordinates material and fabrication
For house-cast acrylic combined with in-house fabrication, the quote can identify the material grade, production lot and part inspection basis under one supplier. If a drawing specifies Mitsubishi or Lucite PMMA or extruded sheet, the quote identifies that material source and the available supporting documents.
Compare the quote by delivered scope
House-cast acrylic is our standard cast sheet route. Landed cost also depends on grade, dimensions, cutting yield, fabrication, packaging and freight. The quotation identifies the selected source and supply form so buyers can compare equivalent scope.
Keep a clear basis for reorders
A reorder can reference the part number, released drawing revision, material grade or colour, approved sample and agreed inspection criteria. The new order is checked against those records; availability and batch variation are confirmed in the quotation rather than promised from the previous order alone.

What is Calypto cast acrylic sheet?
Calypto cast acrylic sheet is the brand-named cast acrylic sheet produced on the in-house line in Suzhou. It is the standard house-cast material route. Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA is sourced when a buyer specification names it.
Can I buy sheet only, without any fabrication?
Yes. Bulk sheet orders can be quoted from 10 sheets. Standard size, grade, thickness, colour and stock availability depend on the selected source and are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you manufacture cast acrylic sheet in-house?
SinoPlastix manufactures cast acrylic sheet on one in-house line and fabricates acrylic parts at its Suzhou facility. Extruded acrylic sheet and branded optical-grade PMMA, when specified, have separately identified sources in the quotation. Do you supply Mitsubishi or Lucite acrylic if our specification names it?
Yes. When a drawing or specification calls for a branded optical-grade PMMA, we source Mitsubishi or Lucite and the quotation identifies the material source, grade and lot documents. A branded sheet can carry a different material cost from the Calypto cast acrylic sheet route; the quotation identifies the selected source and grade.
What thicknesses can you actually supply and machine?
In-house cast acrylic sheet is produced in 1–30 mm. Extruded acrylic sheet is sourced from affiliated manufacturers and confirmed by grade and stock. Acrylic parts can be fabricated within the 3–100 mm range; actual dimensions and process limits are checked against the drawing.

Buying acrylic from a China factory: what importers ask
Can you supply as a custom acrylic manufacturer and fabrication factory?
Yes. Beyond cast sheet, we CNC-machine, laser-cut, bend, bond and polish acrylic (PMMA) to your drawing, with production MOQ 20 per design and 48-hour samples.
Do you export, and to where?
SinoPlastix states that it exports to 32 countries. Destination, freight route and Incoterm are confirmed in the quotation.
What can you not do?
We cast and fabricate acrylic sheet, but we are not an extruded-sheet maker — extruded sheet is supplied by affiliated mills. Polycarbonate is handled by SinoPlastix, of which AcrylicFabWorks is the acrylic division. We do not work PVC, PETG or HDPE, and we do not offer local on-site service.
