Hospitality acrylic fabrication can include reception fronts, lighting components, room dividers, signage and décor elements made to project drawings. Bonding, forming and light diffusion depend on the selected material and design. Agree a finish sample and, for illuminated pieces, a sample using the intended light source and cavity before production.

Can you build from interior designer concept drawings?
Yes. We regularly work from design-intent drawings rather than engineering CAD — our team produces the fabrication drawings and submits them for designer approval before cutting material.
How do you make LED-lit acrylic glow evenly?
By pairing the right light-diffusing grade with the correct LED-to-surface depth. We advise both per fixture spacing and can ship a lit sample section for approval on large features.
Is acrylic durable enough for a hotel reception desk?
Suitability depends on the design, span, support, material grade, cleaning routine and expected wear. Specify the surfaces most visible to guests and how they will be maintained; agree a representative sample and construction drawing before production. Do not rely on a generic thickness recommendation for the finished furniture.
Can you handle a full hotel’s décor package?
Yes — one PO covering desks, lighting, signage and room accessories, delivered phased to your fit-out schedule.
Can you form curved acrylic elements?
Curved panels may be thermoformed from cast sheet. The formed dimensions and acceptance tolerance are agreed against the drawing and checked on the first article; no universal formed-part tolerance is stated.
How are visible seams handled?
Bonded joints are reviewed against an agreed master sample under defined viewing conditions. No universal near-invisible seam result is promised; appearance depends on edge preparation, fit-up, bond type, geometry and lighting.
Do you handle lighting diffusers?
Yes: diffuser grade and thickness are confirmed per application against the LED system, and optical values are verified against the grade data sheet.
What finish do visible faces get?
Visible edges are polished and Appearance described as clear / glass-clear / optically clear is judged against the approved master sample, with A and B faces named on the drawing.
Which acrylic elements work for hospitality interiors?
Hospitality work covers reception desks, lighting diffusers, room dividers, display stands, signage panels and decor packages, CNC-machined, formed, bonded and polished to the design. Curved or machined elements are quoted in cast, while large flat panels such as dividers and table tops run efficiently in extruded sheet.
How do I agree the appearance standard for visible hospitality acrylic?
Appearance grades are agreed per order against a master sample, with A and B faces named on the drawing; scratch, pit and haze limits are written into the acceptance standard per order. Lighting output depends on the LED system and grade and is evaluated per application rather than guaranteed.
What thickness should acrylic desk tops and dividers use?
There is no universal desk or divider thickness. Span, edge support, fixing method, load, material grade and formed or bonded details affect the design. Provide the panel schedule and support conditions for review; the approved drawing and quotation state the selected construction.

Cast versus extruded for hospitality
Cast acrylic recommended for machining-heavy parts, extruded for flat sheet: curved or machined elements use cast, while large flat panels such as dividers and table tops run efficiently in extruded sheet.
Thickness by application
Fabricated parts use material within the 3–100 mm processing envelope. This is not a standard hospitality design thickness: each panel depends on grade, span, support, load and finish. Sheet stock and diffuser grade availability are confirmed against the order specification.
Tolerance bands for joinery
Joinery cutouts run to General tolerances per GB/T 1804-2000 / ISO 2768 by size span; Machined features to ±0.1 mm (holes and machined features) apply, and Critical dimensions on the 5-axis CNC to ±0.05 mm are verified at first article per drawing.
Appearance for visible joinery
Visible joinery follows Appearance described as clear / glass-clear / optically clear against the master sample, with polished edges and near-invisible seams on bonded joints.
Annealing and crazing risk
Machined parts annealed with the cast-acrylic industry–standard schedule; counter tops, dividers and decor panels are stress-relieved with this cycle after machining before bonding, and temperature and soak parameters are confirmed per grade, not published. Annealing reduces but does not eliminate crazing risk near fasteners, cleaners or sustained flexing.
Large-format panel coverage
Large-format panels up to 3000 × 2000 mm allow oversized desk tops and feature walls.
Standard sheet stock range
Standard acrylic sheet stock range 1–30 mm covers thin décor and diffuser panels, with availability per grade.
