Acrylic panels staged for quality inspection

The ISO 9001 certificate is pending and not published; most order-level documents are supplied on request per order.

Company-declared

How documents are organised

Documents are grouped into certifications, material documents, inspection documents and compliance declarations; the document registry records each document’s revision, scope and public status so an auditor can see exactly what exists.

ISO 9001 certificate status

ISO 9001 quality management system is a company-declared statement with the certificate pending owner confirmation; certificate number, issue and validity are supplied once confirmed, and the certificate is not published or used in schema until then.

Documents produced per order

Material TDS and SDS, batch material certificates, first-article reports, dimensional reports and certificates of conformity are produced per order; their scope is the ordered grade, thickness and quantity, and they are supplied on request. Calypto cast acrylic sheet, cast in our own Suzhou facility, is the cast sheet source referenced by the material documents; where the order specifies Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA, the supplier documents for that material are referenced instead.

Traceability behind the documents

First-article data retained; reorders run on the same CNC programs, and material locked to the part number for reorders is the traceability basis that ties each order to its documents.

Published appearance standard

The appearance acceptance standard is published as an HTML page defining appearance described as clear / glass-clear / optically clear against the master sample, so its criteria are indexable; other public-facing summaries will be added to this library as documents are published.

Supplier PDFs as external references

Two supplier PDFs are held as external references for material background; they are not Hongyee finished-part evidence and are not presented as our own certificates.

Warranty terms in the library

Warranty: material per GB/T 7134 cast-acrylic standard, machining per GB/T 1804-2000 / ISO 2768, out-of-tolerance parts replaced; the full claims and acceptance rules are on the warranty page.

FAQ

Is the quality management certificate published?

Not yet: the certificate is pending owner confirmation of the number, issue and validity, and it will not be published or used in schema until then.

Can I get first-article and dimensional reports?

Yes: first-article reports and dimensional reports are supplied on request per order for the ordered grade, thickness and quantity.

Do you provide RoHS and REACH declarations?

Compliance declarations are supplied on request per order; confirm which declarations your QA system needs on the RFQ.

Are the supplier PDFs your certificates?

No: supplier reference PDFs are held as external background material and are not presented as Hongyee finished-part evidence or certification.

Where is the appearance acceptance standard?

The appearance acceptance standard is published as an HTML page under resources, so its criteria are indexable and can be linked from this library.

Which documents should a quality auditor ask an acrylic supplier for?

Certifications, material documents, inspection documents and compliance declarations: the document registry records each document’s revision, scope and public status. Material TDS and SDS, batch material certificates, first-article reports, dimensional reports and certificates of conformity are produced per order and supplied on request.

Can I see the certificate behind the quality management statement?

The quality management certificate is a company-declared statement pending owner confirmation; the number, issue and validity are supplied once confirmed and are not published or used in schema until then. Details are provided on request per inquiry, and the same rule applies on every page of the site.

What do material documents for acrylic orders cover?

Material TDS and SDS, batch material certificates and grade data sheets cover the ordered grade, thickness and quantity; Calypto cast acrylic sheet, cast in our own Suzhou facility, is the cast sheet source referenced by the material documents, and orders specifying Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA reference that supplier’s documents instead. Documents marked on request are supplied per order, not published as general-purpose downloads.
