Machined parts are annealed as standard before bonding, so seams and edges stay glass-clear for years instead of clouding in months.
Can you actually hit my tolerances?
±0.1 mm on holes and machined features, ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions on our 5-axis CNC — larger spans to GB/T 1804-2000 (ISO 2768) fine class, with first-article inspection on every new drawing.
Will my drawings stay confidential?
Yes. NDA on request; drawings are used only for quoting and production and never shown without written permission.
How fast will someone reply?
Within 12 business hours — from an engineer who reviews manufacturability, not a sales bot. DFM feedback is free and often trims cost.

Acrylic fabrication buyer FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
Production MOQ is 20 pieces per design or specification. Pre-production samples and one-off prototypes are quoted separately.
Can you work from a sketch instead of a CAD file?
Yes. We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF and PDF, and our engineers can also produce a manufacturing drawing from a dimensioned sketch or a sample part you ship to us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export from Suzhou/Shanghai by sea and air, in foam-lined export crates, and serve customers in over 30 countries.
What acrylic materials do you use?
Both cast and extruded PMMA in clear, colored, frosted and light-diffusing grades, 3–100 mm thick. We recommend cast for machining-heavy parts and extruded for economical flat work, and advise per project.
