Source and scope
AcrylicFabWorks is the acrylic division of SinoPlastix, a cast acrylic sheet manufacturer in Suzhou, China. Our own line casts Calypto cast acrylic sheet in 1–30 mm at 135 tonnes per month, cut to size or fabricated to your drawing; extruded acrylic is supplied by affiliated manufacturers, and Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA is supplied on request.

For cast acrylic made in-house, process control starts with polymerisation and continues through finished-sheet inspection. For affiliated-source materials, control starts with confirming the quoted grade, lot identity and requested documents before processing or shipment.

Our in-house cast acrylic sheet is produced in 1–30 mm. Extruded acrylic sheet is supplied by affiliated manufacturers, so thickness, grade, colour and stock availability are confirmed against the selected source and quotation. Fabricated PMMA parts are processed within the 3–100 mm range; this is not a sheet-stock promise.

Material selection
Choose by the application and documented grade
Acrylic is normally selected for optical clarity, surface hardness and easier polishing. Polycarbonate is the better choice when impact resistance, service temperature or a documented fire-performance grade controls the specification; polycarbonate is handled by SinoPlastix, of which AcrylicFabWorks is the acrylic division. Final values depend on the exact grade and thickness, so the quotation must identify the applicable datasheet or certificate.
- Choose cast acrylic when optical appearance, machining, polishing or thicker custom sheet is central to the project.
- Choose extruded acrylic when consistent gauge and an economical production route suit the specified application.
- Consider polycarbonate when the drawing calls for higher impact duty or a grade with documented outdoor or fire behaviour; we do not supply it.

Factory and quality evidence
Separate in-house cast production from affiliated supply
SinoPlastix states that its Suzhou facility obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2020 and has operated since 2014. This page does not host the certificate or define its current scope; buyers should review the current certificate copy and scope as part of supplier qualification.
Material handling
A 10-tonne overhead crane supports handling inside the production facility.
Sheet storage
Rack storage separates flat sheet materials before cutting, fabrication, packing or shipment.
Fabrication workshop
The workshop supports panel and component processing after the material and drawing requirements are confirmed.
RFQ checklist
Get an accurate sheet quotation in three steps
- Define the material and source requirement. Choose cast or extruded acrylic, or ask for a recommendation. State any required brand, grade, UV/fire document or lot certificate.
- Send dimensions and quantity. Include thickness, sheet or panel size, colour, number of sheets or square metres, edge/finish requirements and a drawing for fabricated panels.
- Confirm delivery terms. Give the destination country or port, target date and preferred EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP term. A complete request is normally answered within 12 business hours.

Bulk sheet questions
What is the MOQ for a bulk sheet order?
Standard sizes can be quoted from 10 sheets. The practical MOQ may change with material, grade, thickness, colour, surface finish and affiliated-line availability.
Which acrylic sheet is manufactured by SinoPlastix?
SinoPlastix manufactures cast acrylic sheet in its Suzhou facility. Extruded acrylic is supplied by affiliated manufacturers and is identified by the grade and lot documents agreed in the quotation.
Can you provide material and lot documents?
Yes. State the certificate, test report or lot record you require in the RFQ. We confirm document availability for the quoted grade before the order is accepted.
Can you supply UV or fire-performance grades?
UV-stabilised or coated grades and documented fire-performance grades can be quoted by application. Performance depends on the exact material, grade and thickness, so the applicable datasheet or certificate must be confirmed in the quotation.
Can one order include cast and extruded acrylic?
Yes. A mixed-grade program can combine cast and extruded acrylic with one commercial quotation, coordinated verification, packing and export shipment.
What payment terms apply?
Standard published terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. Contract terms for larger programs are confirmed during commercial review.
What determines bulk-sheet lead time?
Material source, grade, thickness, colour, quantity, cutting or fabrication, inspection documents, packing and freight all affect lead time. Published ranges are indicative; the dated quotation is the controlling commitment.
