Laser-cut black acrylic parts from a cut list

Acrylic cut to size means we cut panels, discs or blanks from full cast acrylic sheet to the dimensions on your list, instead of shipping full sheets for you to cut. We cut by saw, by laser up to 2000 × 3000 mm and 25 mm thick, or by CNC router up to 3000 × 2000 mm, and finish edges saw-cut, machine-polished, flame-polished or diamond-polished. Orders start at 20 pieces per size, with general tolerances to GB/T 1804-2000 (equivalent to ISO 2768-1).

What we cut

Custom cut acrylic shapes

  • Rectangles and squares. Panels for glazing, guards, shelves, signs and covers, from small squares to near full-sheet sizes.
  • Acrylic circles and discs. Laser- or CNC-cut discs for bases, lids, spacers and display risers, with a saw-cut or polished edge.
  • Table tops and countertop panels. Thick panels with radiused corners and polished edges, from 8 to 30 mm sheet.
  • Machining blanks. Oversize blanks cut from thick sheet for CNC machining, so you are not paying to ship offcuts.
  • Coloured and frosted panels. The same cutting service on black, white, opal, tinted and frosted sheet.

Cutting method

Saw, laser or CNC router — which one your parts need

Method Best for Limits
Sawing Straight cuts on rectangles and squares in volume Straight lines only; sawn edge needs finishing if it will be seen
Laser cutting Circles, curves, fine detail and flame-polished-looking edges on thinner sheet Sheet up to 2000 × 3000 mm and 25 mm thick; polished-quality edges usually up to 20 mm
CNC routing Thick sheet, large panels, holes, pockets, chamfers and tight positional tolerances Working envelope up to 3000 × 2000 mm

We choose the method from your drawing and edge requirement and state it on the quotation. If a laser edge will not meet your standard, the part goes on the router.

What to send

What to put in your cut list

  • Finished size and quantity for every part. Length × width (or diameter) × thickness, and how many of each.
  • Grade and colour. Clear, coloured, frosted, or a named brand if your specification requires one.
  • Edge finish per edge. A panel that sits in a frame only needs its exposed edges polished — saying so lowers the price.
  • A DXF or PDF for anything that is not a rectangle. Circles, radii, holes and cut-outs are quoted from the drawing.
  • Destination. Country or port, so the quote includes packing for the journey.

Where we are the wrong supplier

The limits, stated up front

We are a factory, not a retail cutting counter. Orders start at 20 pieces per size, so if you need one or two panels for a home project, a local plastics shop will serve you faster and cheaper. We also only cut acrylic: polycarbonate, PETG and other plastics are outside our scope.

Evidence and verification

  • Tolerances follow GB/T 1804-2000 (ISO 2768-1); first-article and dimensional reports are available per order on request.
  • Material certificates, a certificate of conformity or a batch COA can be supplied per order on request.
  • Sheet sizes, thickness ranges, MOQ and capacity on this page are company-declared by AcrylicFabWorks, the acrylic division of SinoPlastix.

FAQ

Questions about acrylic cut to size

What is the minimum order for cut-to-size acrylic?

20 pieces per size or design. Pre-production samples are quoted separately. For full uncut sheets, standard sizes are quoted from 10 sheets.

Can you cut acrylic circles?

Yes. Discs are laser-cut or CNC-routed from 1–30 mm sheet, with a saw-cut or polished edge.

How accurate is the cutting?

General tolerances follow GB/T 1804-2000, equivalent to ISO 2768-1, and vary with the size of the part. Holes and machined features are held to ±0.1 mm; the value that applies to your part is agreed at drawing review.

What is the largest piece you can cut?

3000 × 2000 mm in one piece on the CNC router. Laser cutting takes sheet up to 2000 × 3000 mm and 25 mm thick.

Do you polish the edges?

If you ask for it. Edges can be left saw-cut, machine-polished, flame-polished or diamond-polished, and you can specify the finish edge by edge.
