MOQ from 10 sheets · quotation within 12 business hours when specifications are complete

One program, clearly identified sources: Suzhou Hongyee New Material Co., Ltd. casts its own acrylic sheet on one line in its Suzhou facility and supplies it as Calypto cast acrylic, 1–30 mm, 135 tonnes per month. Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA is supplied when the order specifies a branded material, and extruded acrylic and polycarbonate sheet are supplied by affiliated manufacturers. The quotation identifies the material source category, grade, inspection documents and the work completed by Suzhou Hongyee. Source and scope

AcrylicFabWorks is the export brand of Suzhou Hongyee New Material Co., Ltd., a cast acrylic sheet manufacturer in Suzhou, China. Our own line casts Calypto cast acrylic sheet in 1–30 mm at 135 tonnes per month, cut to size or fabricated to your drawing; extruded acrylic and polycarbonate are supplied by affiliated manufacturers, and Mitsubishi or Lucite optical-grade PMMA is supplied on request.

Know who makes and verifies each sheet

Material Source Suzhou Hongyee scope
Cast acrylic (PMMA) Manufactured in-house in Suzhou Polymerisation, sheet production, lot inspection, cutting or fabrication, packing and export
Extruded acrylic (PMMA) Affiliated manufacturers Grade and lot verification, cutting or fabrication, packing and export
Polycarbonate (PC) Affiliated manufacturers Grade and lot verification, optional cutting or fabrication, packing and export

For cast acrylic made in-house, process control starts with polymerisation and continues through finished-sheet inspection. For affiliated-source materials, control starts with confirming the quoted grade, lot identity and requested documents before processing or shipment.

Supply formats

Order full sheets, cut panels or finished parts

Format Typical request What to specify
Full sheet 1220 × 2440, 2000 × 1000 or 2050 × 3050 mm Material, grade, thickness, colour, quantity and protective film
Cut-to-size panel Rectangular panels with sawn, machined or polished edges Finished dimensions, edge requirement, tolerance and inspection method
Fabricated panel Cutting plus holes, slots, edge finish, bending or hardware Drawing, critical dimensions, finish, assembly and packing
Mixed-material program Cast acrylic, extruded acrylic and PC in one shipment Source/grade by line item and any document required for each material

Common working ranges are 1–30 mm for acrylic sheet and 1–15 mm for polycarbonate sheet. Availability is confirmed by material, grade, colour and source; these ranges are not a promise that every combination is stocked.

Commercial planning

Indicative order bands and lead-time variables

Order band Commercial treatment Indicative lead-time range Published payment basis
10–50 sheets Entry bulk quotation Often 1–2 weeks 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment
50–200 sheets Volume review by material and grade Often 1–3 weeks 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment
200+ sheets Program pricing and supply-window review Often 2–4 weeks Contract terms may be reviewed

These ranges are planning guidance, not a blanket delivery promise. Material source, grade, thickness, colour, quantity, finishing, inspection documents, packing and affiliated-line availability determine the dated quotation.

Material selection

Choose by the application and documented grade

Acrylic is normally selected for optical clarity, surface hardness and easier polishing. Polycarbonate is selected when impact resistance, service temperature or a documented fire-performance grade controls the specification. Final values depend on the exact grade and thickness, so the quotation must identify the applicable datasheet or certificate.

  • Choose cast acrylic when optical appearance, machining, polishing or thicker custom sheet is central to the project.
  • Choose extruded acrylic when consistent gauge and an economical production route suit the specified application.
  • Choose polycarbonate when the drawing calls for higher impact duty or a grade with documented outdoor or fire behaviour.

Factory and quality evidence

Separate in-house cast production from affiliated supply

Suzhou Hongyee operates a 15,000 m² ISO 9001-certified facility in Suzhou and has operated since 2014. The factory manufactures cast acrylic sheet and processes acrylic into cut or fabricated products. Extruded acrylic and polycarbonate enter the program through affiliated manufacturers and are verified against the quoted grade and lot documents.

In-house cast acrylic process control

DCS monitoring supports control of temperature, pressure and flow during the in-house cast acrylic process.

RFQ checklist

Get an accurate sheet quotation in three steps

  1. Define the material and source requirement. Choose cast acrylic, extruded acrylic, polycarbonate or ask for a recommendation. State any required brand, grade, UV/fire document or lot certificate.
  2. Send dimensions and quantity. Include thickness, sheet or panel size, colour, number of sheets or square metres, edge/finish requirements and a drawing for fabricated panels.
  3. Confirm delivery terms. Give the destination country or port, target date and preferred EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP term. A complete request is normally answered within 12 business hours.

FAQ

Bulk sheet questions

What is the MOQ for a bulk sheet order?

Standard sizes can be quoted from 10 sheets. The practical MOQ may change with material, grade, thickness, colour, surface finish and affiliated-line availability.

Which acrylic sheet is manufactured by Suzhou Hongyee?

Suzhou Hongyee manufactures cast acrylic sheet in its Suzhou facility. Extruded acrylic and polycarbonate are supplied by affiliated manufacturers and are identified by the grade and lot documents agreed in the quotation.

Can you provide material and lot documents?

Yes. State the certificate, test report or lot record you require in the RFQ. We confirm document availability for the quoted grade before the order is accepted.

Can you supply UV or fire-performance grades?

UV-stabilised or coated grades and documented fire-performance grades can be quoted by application. Performance depends on the exact material, grade and thickness, so the applicable datasheet or certificate must be confirmed in the quotation.

Can one order include acrylic and polycarbonate?

Yes. A mixed-material program can combine cast acrylic, extruded acrylic and polycarbonate with one commercial quotation, coordinated verification, packing and export shipment.

What payment terms apply?

Standard published terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. Contract terms for larger programs are confirmed during commercial review.

What determines bulk-sheet lead time?

Material source, grade, thickness, colour, quantity, cutting or fabrication, inspection documents, packing and freight all affect lead time. Published ranges are indicative; the dated quotation is the controlling commitment.

Ready to specify a bulk sheet order?
