Grid organizer boxes stacked and wrapped on a pallet for export

An acrylic organizer is a clear PMMA box, tray or drawer unit, often divided into compartments, used to store and show cosmetics, stationery, jewellery, food and small goods. Brands choose acrylic over PS and PET because it is clearer, stiffer and polishes to a glass-like edge. AcrylicFabWorks, the acrylic division of SinoPlastix, makes organizers and storage boxes to a brand’s design in Suzhou, China: sheet is cast, laser-cut, bonded, finished and packed in one plant, with cut files and fixtures locked at first-article approval so every reorder matches. Production starts at 20 pieces per design; samples take 48 hours and production 7 days from an approved drawing.

What brands specify

The five things that decide unit cost and consistency

  • Compartment layout and wall thickness. More dividers mean more cut parts and joints; wall thickness sets stiffness and how premium the box feels. We review the layout at drawing stage and suggest where a divider can be slotted instead of bonded.
  • Joint method. Solvent-bonded joints are near-invisible; slotted dividers assemble faster and can ship flat. See solvent vs UV bonding.
  • Edge finish. Laser-cut edges come off the machine polished; diamond-polished edges look like glass and cost more. The finish is written as a standard, not left to the operator.
  • Branding. Logos by screen print, UV print or applied graphics; clear, frosted or coloured sheet.
  • Packing. Film left on, individual bags or retail boxes, carton count and pallet pattern to your warehouse or marketplace requirements, written into the quotation.

Private label

How a private-label organizer order runs

Step What happens
1. Brief Drawing, photos or a sample of the product you sell now; quantity per design; colour; logo; packing and destination
2. Drawing review Compartment sizes, wall thickness, joint method and edge finish agreed on paper
3. Sample Sample made in 48 hours from approved drawing, with your logo if artwork is ready
4. First article First production units checked against the approved sample; cut files and fixtures locked
5. Production and packing Made, inspected and packed to the agreed carton, label position and pallet pattern
6. Reorder Same files, fixtures and finish standard, so new stock matches the old

Straight talk

The limits, stated up front

  • Acrylic only. We make organizers in acrylic (PMMA). We do not make PS, PET or PP versions. Hinges and magnetic closures can be fitted; wood, fabric and foam parts are outside our scope.
  • We make to your design. We are a factory in Suzhou, China, not a catalogue seller; we do not hold stock of standard organizers or sell single units.
  • Know what goes inside. Alcohol, nail-polish remover and some cosmetics craze acrylic. Tell us what the organizer will hold and how it is cleaned, and we flag risks at drawing review. See specifying impact resistance for parts that will be dropped.

FAQ

Questions brands ask before ordering

What is the minimum order for private-label acrylic organizers?

Production starts at 20 pieces per design or specification. Pre-production samples are quoted separately and are made in 48 hours from an approved drawing.

Can you match the organizer we sell now?

Yes. Send a sample or photos with dimensions. We draw it, flag anything that would crack or misalign in volume, and quote the drawing for your approval.

Can you put our logo on the organizers?

Yes, by screen print, UV print or applied graphics. Send vector artwork and the sheet colour so the print is proofed on the actual material.

How are acrylic organizers packed for bulk shipping?

With protective film left on, in individual bags or retail boxes, then in cartons stacked and wrapped on pallets. Carton count, label position and pallet pattern are agreed in the quotation to suit your warehouse or marketplace.

Why choose acrylic instead of PS or PET for organizers?

Acrylic is clearer, stiffer and polishes to a glass-like edge, so the product looks premium and stays clear. PS and PET cost less but look and feel cheaper, and PS cracks more easily.

Do you supply acrylic boxes and organizers wholesale?

We make them to order rather than holding stock. Wholesale and private-label quantities are produced to your design from 20 pieces per design, with samples in 48 hours and production in 7 days from an approved drawing, packed by the carton and pallet for your warehouse.
