Custom Acrylic Boxes & Display Cases, Bonded and Polished to Spec
Five-sided boxes, lidded cases, riser cubes, collectible and retail display cases, and dust covers — CNC-cut, solvent-bonded and diamond-polished in one ISO 9001 plant, so joints stay invisible and edges stay optical from unit 1 to unit 5,000.

An acrylic box or display case is a bonded PMMA assembly used to protect, present or merchandise an item. Acrylic is chosen over styrene and glass because it polishes to optical clarity, holds solvent-bonded joints without visible glue lines, and does not shatter. We cut, bond and polish cast acrylic (PMMA) — our own Calypto cast sheet as standard, or Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade on request — in one 15,000 m² ISO 9001 plant, which is what keeps a repeat order identical to the first.
What buyers need to specify
The four things that decide a box or case price
- Joint method. Solvent bonding gives a near-invisible joint for presentation-grade cases; mechanical or slot assembly ships flat and cuts freight on volume orders.
- Edge finish. Diamond-polished edges look like glass and cost more than flame-polished; agree the standard once and it repeats.
- Thickness & size. Wall thickness drives clarity, rigidity and price. We work 3–100 mm and panels up to 3000 × 2000 mm.
- Access & base. Removable lid, hinged door, sliding top or plinth base — decided by how the item is loaded and displayed.
What we can make, in numbers
Capability, stated plainly
Cast acrylic (PMMA) only for optical boxes and cases; we also machine polycarbonate (PC) where impact matters. We do not work PVC, PETG or HDPE. Materials are house-cast Calypto cast acrylic as standard, or Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA on request.
Where they fit
Boxes and cases we build

Straight talk
The limits, stated up front
- We are a factory in Suzhou, China, not a local shop — we ship worldwide but do not offer on-site or “near me” service.
- Production MOQ is 20 pieces per design; one-off prototypes are quoted separately and are not a single-unit production commitment.
- Very large water-holding tanks are a separate structural discussion — ask before assuming aquarium-grade bonding.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is your minimum order for acrylic boxes or cases?
Production runs start at 20 pieces per design or specification. Pre-production prototypes and pilot units are quoted separately, and samples ship in 48 hours from an approved drawing.
Can you bond boxes so the joints are invisible?
Yes. Solvent bonding of cast acrylic gives a near-invisible joint without glue lines, and diamond-polished edges finish to optical clarity. We agree the finish standard on the first order so it repeats.
Which acrylic do you use, and can I specify a brand?
Cast acrylic (PMMA) as standard — our own Calypto cast acrylic sheet — or Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA when you specify a branded material. We machine polycarbonate where impact resistance matters.
Can you match a box or case from another supplier?
Send a sample or the original drawings. We reverse-engineer the cut files and joint method and flag anything in the original that causes cracking or assembly problems before we quote.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We are an ISO 9001 factory in Suzhou, China, exporting to over 30 countries, and we crate and ship internationally. We do not offer local on-site service.
