Acrylic Products We Fabricate to Order

AcrylicFabWorks fabricates cut-to-size and formed PMMA products for construction and industrial buyers: light diffuser panels, mirror sheet, wall cladding, skylight domes, partitions, shower screens, retail displays and balustrade infills. 25 machines under one roof — 8 × 3-axis CNC, 1 × 5-axis CNC, 5 × laser cutters, 3 × line benders, 4 × cold-bending stations, 2 × thermoforming ovens and 2 × polishers — in a 15,000 m² ISO 9001 plant running since 2014, shipping to 32 countries. Panels are supplied up to 3000 × 2000 mm as a single piece, 3–100 mm thick, cold-bent to a radius of roughly 300 × thickness or thermoformed for tighter curves. Panels are cut from Calypto cast acrylic sheet, cast in our own Suzhou facility, or from Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA when the order specifies a branded material. Production runs start at 20 pieces per design or specification, pre-production samples ship in 48 hours and production in 7 days from approved drawing, and the plant processes 200 tonnes of acrylic a month. Machined dimensions follow GB/T 1804-2000 (equivalent to ISO 2768-1) general tolerances.
