An acrylic sneeze guard or hygiene screen is a cut and polished PMMA barrier that separates people at a counter, desk or checkout while keeping sightlines and a service pass-through. Acrylic is chosen over glass and PETG because it polishes clear, resists cleaning chemicals within limits, and does not shatter. We CNC-cut, drill and polish cast acrylic in a 15,000 m² ISO 9001 plant.

Yes. We CNC-cut and polish pass-through openings to your size and radius, and drill for feet, clamps or through-counter brackets.
What thickness for a counter screen?
Typically decided by height and span; we work 3-100 mm and recommend a working thickness on each quote.
Which material, acrylic or polycarbonate?
Cast acrylic (PMMA) for optical clarity; polycarbonate where higher impact resistance is required. We do not work PVC, PETG or HDPE.
