What's the largest single acrylic panel you can make?
3000 × 2000 mm machined and polished as one piece. Beyond that we design jointed or bonded systems with documented seam placement for your approval.
How do oversized panels ship internationally?
In engineered plywood crates, panels vertical, foam-separated, with film left on until installation. Crate dimensions are confirmed against container/airfreight limits at quoting so there are no surprises at booking.
Can large panels be curved?
Yes — cold bending handles architectural radii on large sheets (R ≥ ~300 × thickness); tighter curves are limited by our thermoforming oven size. See bending & thermoforming.
