What decides a medical part price

  • Material grade. You specify the grade (optical PMMA, medical-grade PC, etc.); we source and machine to it.
  • Tolerance. ±0.1 mm on machined features, ±0.05 mm on critical features via 5-axis CNC, after drawing review.
  • Finish. Optical polish on sight windows; matte or bead-blast where glare must be controlled.
  • Documentation. First-article inspection and material certificates on request.

Cast acrylic (PMMA) as standard — our own Calypto cast acrylic sheet — or Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA on request. We also machine polycarbonate (PC) where impact matters. We do not work PVC, PETG or HDPE.

Yes. We CNC-machine cast acrylic and polycarbonate covers, shrouds, sight windows, manifolds and fixtures to your drawing, holding +/-0.1 mm on features and +/-0.05 mm on critical features after drawing review.

Do you handle biocompatibility and device certification?

No. We machine to your drawing and your specified material grade and provide inspection and material records. Biocompatibility, sterilization validation and device certification remain with you.

What is the minimum order?
