Acrylic cleanroom panels are cut and polished PMMA (or polycarbonate) glazing used for partition windows, viewing panels and equipment covers in cleanrooms and laboratories, where optical clarity and smooth wipe-down surfaces matter. We fabricate these to your frame drawing in a 15,000 m² ISO 9001 plant; the cleanroom certification of the finished room stays with your integrator.
What buyers specify
What decides a cleanroom panel price
- Material. Cast acrylic for clarity; polycarbonate where impact or repeated cleaning demands it.
- Edge & fit. Flush, radiused or gasket-ready edges for wipe-down and sealing into a frame.
- Cut-outs. Pass-throughs, glove ports and cable entries CNC-cut to drawing.
- Size & thickness. 3–100 mm, panels to 3000 × 2000 mm.
Capability
Stated plainly
Cast acrylic (PMMA) as standard — our own Calypto cast acrylic sheet — or Mitsubishi and Lucite optical-grade PMMA on request. We also machine polycarbonate (PC) where impact matters. We do not work PVC, PETG or HDPE.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before ordering
Can you cut cleanroom viewing windows to our frame drawing?
Yes. We CNC-cut and polish acrylic or polycarbonate panels to your frame drawing, including pass-throughs, glove ports and cable entries, 3-100 mm and up to 3000 x 2000 mm.
Acrylic or polycarbonate for a cleanroom?
Cast acrylic gives the best clarity; polycarbonate is chosen where impact resistance or frequent aggressive cleaning is required. We advise per application at quoting.
Do you certify the cleanroom or supply the frame?
No. We fabricate the acrylic glazing to drawing. Cleanroom classification and the framing system stay with your integrator.
What is the minimum order?
Production runs start at 20 pieces per design; prototypes are quoted separately and samples ship in 48 hours from an approved drawing.
